Marsh Harrier: 2 birds flew in at 12.25pm heading SSW. After passing over the park they hit a thermal, allowing a chance to view one of them clearly.
Wheatear: The fourth bird of what so far has been a bad passage for this species through the park was present on Cumberland Green, area 19.
Kingfisher: 1 bird in area 26, often perches on duck nest boxes.
Common Whitethroat: 1 in area 29.
Blackcap: 2 birds in area 24 and 2 in area 29.
Chiffchaff: 5 birds widely scattered.
Swallow: Only 3 birds today.
Grey Wagtail: 1 bird was around the Nature Study Centre (NSC), area 1
