Late news for Saturday: A male Reed Bunting was singing in the reed bed in area 2 at 6.30am.
Todays news:
Brambling: 5 birds flew west at 8.20am.
Grey Wagtail: 1 flew east at 8.30am.
Mistle Thrush: 3 birds were singing from the tops of tall trees in area 1, 19 and 21.
Goldfinch: 14 birds on and close to the feeding stations in areas 24, 29 and 34.
Stock Dove: 22 feedind in the garden by St Marks Bridge, area 34 from 2.30pm.
Yellow Legged Gull: 1 adult on a post in the main lake. The photos show how different the colour of the mantle can look through the camera.
Heron: 1 nest has 3 young of at least two weeks of age, meaning that the eggs were laid around the second week of January.
