The mild weather has encouraged the Frogs and Toads to begin mating. Frogs can be seen courting in the ditch in area 2, viewed from the bridge

Have you seen any Toads yet? first frog spawn down here was 14th Feb.

Hi Tony.

I have actually never found any toad spawn in the park. We have only until fairly recently had areas that are readily accessible for amphibians as well as me. Last year was the first time that I had ever seen newt tadpoles. Before that they must have spawned amongst leaves and branches in deep water.
