Hornet in garden by St Marks Bridge Lodge this afternoon.


Little Egret: 1 flew fairly low NE at 10.32am, it may have come from the Heronry.
Peregrine Falcon: 1 flew west carrying prey at 2.30pm.
Willow Warbler: 1 was in area 24 feeding in the Silver Birches.
Green Woodpecker: 1ad + 1 juv in area 29.

Area 29: juvenile and male green woodpecker. Male taking a bath. Juvenile and male great spotted woodpeckers also. Female blackcap, and male heard singing.
