After a pleasant two days up in Norfolk where the winds were not ideal and the weather far to sunny I did manage some half decent sea watching. There was also several good birds on the broads.

Seawatching at Eccles by the Sea produced

3 Sooty Shearwaters
1 Mediterranean Sheawater
1 Manx Shearwater
2 Pomarine Skuas
1 Long-tailed Skua
1 Arctic Skua
250+ Little Gulls
300+ Gannets
4 Black-throated Divers
8 Red-throated Divers
2 Puffins
100's of Razorbills and Guillemots

Rush Hill Scrape, Potter Heigham.

2 Pectoral Sandpipers ( 1 nearly caught by a Sparrowhawk)
1 Bittern in flight for 4 minutes
1 Common Crane

Regents Park

The weekend was very quiet with Jackdaw, 100+ Swallows 15th. Sunday was slightly better with 1 Common Whitethroat and a Tree Pipit.
