Spotted Flycatchers in area 29.

Chiffchaff one of at least half a dozen in area 29.

Hobby: One flew south at a height that allowed us to see all the distinguishing features at 8.30am. It was also plucking a prey item as it went. We were surprised later when another bird circled just above the trees in area 29 at 9.30am.
Sparrowhawk: 4 birds over the park.
Kestrel: 1 seen catching dragonflies at mid-day.
Tree Pipit: 1 bird flew south at 7.15am.
Sand Martin: 2 birds flew SE at 7.50am.
Swallow: 55 birds were seen in small parties mainly heading south. They were flying at a very high altitude.
House Martin: 20 birds over the lake early morning.
Spotted Flycatcher: 2 birds were in area 29, in trees around the feeding station.
Chiffchaff: 15 birds were seen mainly between area 1 and 29, some were with a large tit flock.
Willow Warbler: 6 birds in the same location as the above.
Goldcrest: There seems to be an increase on the park residents that are now roaming with the tit flocks.
