With this warm weather I am suprised that we have not still got the odd Chiffchaff amongst the roving tit flocks.
Todays bird movement was still fairly light.
Skylark: 4 singles over.
Meadow Pipit: 1 over.
Redwing: One flock of 16 flew N.
Fieldfare: 2 birds dropped down into the Zoo.
Lesser Redpoll: 2 flew low SE.
Siskin: 1 bird over calling.
Chaffinch: 80 birds NW in small flocks.
Starling: 70 birds in two lines flew NW.
Wood Pigeon: 1900 over in all directions.
Tawny Owl: 1 bird calling in area 12 at 5.30am.

Would the mystery bird have a very loud voice in relation to its size?
My looking skills are in need of much more than a pair of glasses -so more of your id puzzles might help? Besides they're good fun, I think? Only kidding, keep up the good work!
