Hobby: an adult was over the Open Spaces at 1.33pm, slightly distressing the juvenile Kestrels.
Hobby(above), the juvenile Kestrels spent some time catching insects in the rough grassland bordering areas 34 and 35.
The juveniles spend periods of time resting on the roof and sides of St Johns Lodge in area 30, or in the tall Poplar tree between the building and the Cricket Pen, area 31.
The Common Whitethroats looked sharp in the early morning sunlight though both are beginning to show signs of wear and tear.

The Cormorant below looks as if could be resting on the the coast rather than on a beach in the Long Bridge Sanctuary, area 35.
