Yet another quiet week, with pretty much the same cast.

Wigeon: a pair on the main lake do visit area 36 and feed with the collection birds. They fly off as soon as you approach them.

Shoveler: a slight increase recently, with at least 11 birds present.

Water Rail: one still present in area 2.

Meadow Pipit: a single bird passed over on Thursday>

Fieldfare: a handful of birds have been seen flying over.

Redwing: Birds were heard passing over the park during the dark on Wednesday evening.

Blackbird: Birds from the continent can be seen feeding on those areas with a good berry supply.

Chiffchaff: Single birds have been seen in area 34 and 40.

Lesser Redpoll: three birds are still present in areas 32 to 36.

Siskin: the odd bird has been seen flying over.
