I have just returned from a couple of days visiting my wife’s mother. I did get out for a couple of hours both mornings, though the birds were fairly quiet and keeping down in the stiff breeze. The light on occasions was great, but not when I wanted it.
Here are few hurried shots.
Barn Owl keeping on the right side of the road as it heads towards Cley’s NNT Reserve. Luckily the road was quiet at 6.15am.
A few waders
Sandeels are in season
Hobby at Hickling NNT Reserve
When it was in the air it was chasing and catching Four-spotted Chaser dragonflies, pulling their wings off and eating them. Always just to far away. It was great to watch though.
I do not know how I managed this, but I don’t always know how I have managed lots of my shots.
