European Wigeon: a duck by area 8 at the northern end.

Northern Shoveler: 23 on the lake.

Fieldfare: one over.

Chiffchaff: one present.

Firecrest: a male in area 12, possibly the bird seen a couple of weeks ago in Queen Mary’s Gardens.

Eurasian Siskin: three birds over.

Lesser Redpoll: one over.

Quiet morning until Dave found a ♀ Firecrest with a flock of Long-tailed Tits feeding in the Cricket Pen, area 31 before flying towards St John's Lodge garden, area 30 at 10:35.

Beautiful crisp, clear morning with slight SW breeze.

1 ♀ Bullfinch in tall fencerow at Winfield House perimeter, area 4 at 08:45 (calling and flighty when disturbed; it left a few minutes later, direction unknown), 16 Fieldfare SW 07:20, 1 ♀ Sparrowhawk perched in Queen Mary's Gardens, area 12 at 07:25, 2 Gadwall, 13 Shoveler.
