Water Rail: the bird showed well by the feeding station mid-morning.

Firecrest: one was with the tit flock in area 1, it was possibly there yesterday as well.

Hi Helen you need to stand on the Blue Bridge nearest to the public conveiniences looking out towards the main lake. The rail feeding station is at the far end of the channel that runs behind the reed bed that borders the lake. It is a small caged area that I hoped would only allow Water Rails to feed from it, but now Moorhens squeeze through.
