Regent’s Park
It was a very quiet weekend in the park with no migrants recorded. I didn’t even bump into the local Kestrels, that is apart from the male bird in the Wetland Pen.
Little Grebe: it was good to see that there were two surviving chicks in area 36.
Great crested Grebe: It was unusual to see this species in Longbridge at this time of year.
Reed Warbler: there were two family parties in the Longbridge Sanctuary
A couple of many juvenile gulls that were on the lake this morning
Comments
7 Chiffchaff, 4 Willow Warbler, 2 Reed Warbler together at NE end of lake (area 34).
