Bushy Park
The park was glistening due to our first cold, frosty sunny morning of the autumn.
Upper Lodge Road and the Scrape at 8.00am.
Bird News
Little Egret: one of the parks staff reported seeing 2 white birds wading in the river near Roaring Arch.
Common Buzzard: the bird is still present.
Water Rail: still present on the Scrape.
Skylark: 4 south of Upper Lodge Road.
Meadow Pipit: 3 near Heron Pond.
Grey Wagtail: a bird was feeding in the Broom Clumps.
Siskin: 4 flew into the Woodland Gardens.
This swan is about to find out he shouldn’t have landed on the Boating Pond.
The cob is looking pleased with himself.
