I didn’t get out in the park today but fortunately spent a couple of hours over there yesterday morning. Nothing out of the ordinary was seen so I took a few more photos of birds on or close to the lake. The feather patterns always amaze me, even on birds some people wouldn’t give a second glance at.
The Black-headed Gulls try to snatch possibly small fish or snails from the algae that the Coots bring to the surface.
