Regent’s Park
Migrant wise it was very quiet pretty much the same a yesterday.
Sparrowhawk: 2 single male birds that could have been migrants headed NW, the last one pursued by a resident male. The pair were displaying over Queen Mary’s Gardens at 7.15am.
It looks as if some of the eggs in this nests have hatched, the female appeared to be regurgitating mashed up food.
The waterfowl on the main lake looked splendid when the sun was out between spells of cloud and even showers.
Not the best photo but a different view of a Great spotted Woodpecker.
