Bushy Park
Today was OPM surveying from 5.50am until 2.00pm, with a slight break when I witnessed a dog chasing a small herd of Fallow Deer. At first the owner was nowhere to be seen but as I sat watching the small herd join the rest of the Fallows a female came running up to me. She was very apologetic and couldn’t believe her dog had chased them. I offered her a lift and it wasn’t long before dog and owner were back together.
If you have a dog and there is the slightest hint that it might chase and wildlife in the park, keep it on a lead. Those irresponsible owners that say to me it is okay he is only chasing Rabbits don’t like it when the deer chase their dog. So keep it on a lead.
So nearly a good photo
