Unfortunately I was away from Regent's Park this morning so missed the opportunity of getting record shots of one of the Hawfinches as it circled above the Open spaces. The Ring Ouzel would also have been another photo opportunity as it passed overhead.

Cormorants at a great distance at first looked like a flock of wild geese, they tend to fly in a less regimented formations.
Fieldfare look as if they could interfere with the planes circling London

Wood Pigeons tend to head south west, sometimes dropping off but never staying to long due to the public footfall through the park.
Fieldfare resting briefly
Redwing (above and below) normally they utter their distinctive flight call. Over the past three days most species have been fairly quiet.
The photo above shows Fieldfare and Chaffinches heading north west and Wood Pigeons heading south west.
Blackbirds tend to move on their own.
Starlings heading west a short time after a flock of 800 passed low over the park.
