Wheatear: 1 over at 7.50am.
Reed Bunting: 1 male in reed bed by Hanover Bridge, area 2.
Yellow Wagtail: 1 over at 8.20am north east.
Rook: 2 singles north at 10.50am and 10.55am.
Blackcap: 20+ birds in most areas with suitable cover.
Willow Warbler: 20+ widely distributed.
Chiffchaff: 2 males in areas 1 and 29
House Martin: 3 over the lake before heading north at 8.30am.
Swallow: 1 north at 11.00am.

Hello.
Thanks for the help with IDing the chiffs/willow warblers. I always look at the leg colour. I also find the willow warblers have a supercilium that stands out more. I was aware that the primaries are of different length but I haven't been able to use this feature yet: by the time I have looked at legs and head the bird has moved!

If you get the chance, try Bolderwood car park for Firecrests. They are best looked for by walking in the trees just before you come to the open area at the west end of the car park, near a Deer viewing platform.
The road running south is also good for Lesser Spotted Woodpecker and Redstart.
