Goshawk: 1m flew NW at 12.34pm.
Wheatear: 2 birds on area 28 between 9.00am - 10.30am. Willow Warbler: 12 birds singing around the park. Chiffchaff: 3 birds singing. Blackcap: 10 males birds widely scattered. Swallow: 3 birds through. House Martin: 1 bird over the Zoo. Tree Pipit: 1 flew N at 8.20am. Linnet: 1 flew N. Siskin: 1 flew N. Reed Bunting: 1m at the feeding station, area 24. Rook: 1 flew N at 8.45am. Tawny Owl: 2 birds showed well to those on a bird walk. Posted by Picasa

We enjoyed the intro to Regents Park birds on Sunday, especially the owls.

Arrived home to find wheatears into double figures on north dunes, but had missed a pair of garganey on Sunday - a new parish record!
Will probably be back in London in 4 or 5 weeks. Hope to see you then
