Northern Wheatear male (Greenland race)

Northern Wheatear female (Greenland race)

At last a few migrants, not a lot but enough to make things have not completely dried up.

Sedge Warbler: 1 was sing from inside a wild rose thicket in area 25 all day.
Reed Warbler: 3 singing birds, two in area 2 and one in reeds at the end of the lake area 26.
Reed Bunting: Pair still present.
Northern Wheatear (Greenland race): 2 were on the open spaces and around the Hub from 8.30am, area 28. They sometimes go missing when they get flushed.
Swallow: Another day with a light passage.
Sand Martin: 1 over the lake at 8.00am.
Common Tern: The pair still on their boat.
