1st May

Bar-tailed Godwit: 2 bird one male moulting into summer plummage, the other a female. They flew SE over the lake at 7.30am at roughly 250ft.
Common Tern: 2 birds were present from 6.30am until 8.15am at least.
Swallow: 2 birds headed north at lunchtime.
Swift: birds were seen throughout the day.

The Great Regent's Park Warbler Famine might be over..!
Whitethroat heard singing by the cafe at the bottom of Broad Walk. four song cycles before I had run beyond earshot.
