

Today's visible migration, this year the direction of the migrants seem to be between 45 to 90 degrees further north.
Hobby: 1 flew SW at 7.55am.
Redwing: 150 flew north prior to 9.00am.
Fieldfare: 35 flew north.
Siskin: 3o flew north in small parties, three stopped off in area 26 for a quick feed before tagging on to another flock.
Lesser Redpoll: 1 north at 7.58am.
Meadow Pipit: 8 singles.
Wood Pigeon: 1300 west.
I am off to Cornwall to track down some cream teas and with a bit of luck a Pallas's Warbler.
