Merlin: A female was seen chasing a Chaffinch over area 20 at 7.20am from area 18. Unfortunately it dropped below the tree line just as it closed in on the finch. It was then seen again at 8.10 am flying off NE from area 24.
Grey Geese (possibly Bean Geese): 2 large grey geese flew NE at a very high altitude at 7.25 am the overall impression was that they were Bean Geese.
Rook: 1 flew NE at 8.15am.
Meadow Pipit: 1 bird SW.
Wood Pigeon: 1100 birds SW-W.
