6th June

Female with one youngster taking a peep, at least one other was also on her back.

The male was having a laugh if he thought one the chicks would have attempted a fish of this size. Just as well the female was hungry.

The male Common Tern has just presented his mate with a Stickleback. Could this be the year that they breed in the park. I doubt it as they have not shown any interest in the tern raft.

The male seems very proud of his fishing skills.

Young Long-tailed Tits thinking about taking a bath at the bird drinking whole in area 25.
