4th February

I am sorry I haven't been able to keep you up to date with what has been going on in the park for the last couple of days. My laptop had a blackout, mind you it gave me the excuse to spend some money.

Smew: The female is still present spending more of her time feeding between Longbridge and the duck feeding station in area 26.
Woodcock: one was flushed from the canal embankment area 32, yesterday afternoon.
Redwing: A large flock of around 250 have been feeding on Marylebone Green, area 11 for the past couple of days.
Goldcrest: 12 birds were around the park yesterday, with the ones in area 12 showing very well as they fed in the rose beds.
