4th April

Ring Ouzel: The male still present and showing well as it feeds mainly on Ivy berries on the edge of the wood, area 29. Follow red path to view from where red circle is marked on the map.

Redwing: Two birds feeding with Ring Ouzel.

Meadow Pipit: One flew north.

Pied Wagtail: One feeding on rugby pitch.

Blackcap: Four males and one female present.

Willow Warbler: One singing in area 2.

Chiffchaff: Six birds present.

Seen at 7pm on Sunday. Initially by the gorse bushes just south of the location indicated on the blog, and then it flew over towards the tennis courts and out of sight. Also one Redwing.
