Tony, can you tell us where we can actually go to see peregrines in London, or is it a secret?

Gavin,

If Tony will excuse me answering, one place you will be able to see peregrine falcons, providing they are at home, is at the Tate Modern. From today until 12 September between miday and 7pm there will be an RSPB information trailer, plus volunteers with telescopes, providing views for the public, by the Millenium Bridge. The birds are actually on the chimney.

Dave
Hi Dave.

You are indeed correct, the RSPB Peregrine watchpoint is a good place to go and see this species in London. The other site that is worth a visit, though not quite so scenic is the pair that featured on the RSPB & BT webcam down at Vauxhall.
