Hi Tony. Stellar birding day - finally found the holy grail, a Wood Warbler, thanks to Dave.
Did today's Pied Flycatcher have obvious white on the wing feathers? I had a 'possible' yesterday in a shady pine in the Cricket Pen just before I connected with the Spot Fly but the wings as seen from behind were no whiter than the latter's - I've read that some juvenile female PFs can have buffy rather than clear-white margins on their tertials.
