Regent’s Park

It was a very quiet weekend in the park with no migrants recorded. I didn’t even bump into the local Kestrels, that is apart from the male bird in the Wetland Pen.

Little Grebe: it was good to see that there were two surviving chicks in area 36.

Great crested Grebe: It was unusual to see this species in Longbridge at this time of year.

7 Chiffchaff, 4 Willow Warbler, 2 Reed Warbler together at NE end of lake (area 34).
