The chicks are still not old enough for their first flights but it won’t be long. I think the birds on the top raft have been ringed, although I did ask for them to be left alone this year in case the family on the tray’s young panicked and ended up in the water.

Hi Tony
There were two fella's ringing the Tern chicks on Monday but I think they left the ones on the raft alone

John did they ring the young on both enclosed rafts? He had agreed to stay away from the rafts entirely.
