A pictorial catchup of birds seen in Regent's Park

Birds seen since from mid to the end of September

                                          Common Redstart in area 39

                                          Pied Flycatcher in area 35.

                                          Green Woodpecker

It is unusual to have a ringed passerine in the park.
In the past we have had a Wood Warbler and a
Reed Warbler that bred here for 3 years in a row.
Tree Pipit by the Chat Bushes
Whinchat; numbers on and around the Chat Bushes
peaked at 6 on the 17th, the highest total since 1969.
A Grasshopper Warbler was also present that day.
