Yellow-legged Gull: adult near Kent Passage Gate area 5.
Pied Wagtail: 6 on the Open Spaces and 2 by the Bandstand.
Grey Wagtail: 2 flew south-west
Redwing: 1 flew west.
Song Thrush: 14 flew west.
Chiffchaff: 2 birds present in areas 32 and 39.
Brambling: 2 flew west 7.45am.

19th Oct

Teal: a duck was by area 9.
Shoveler: 7 were also by area 9.
Red crested Pochard: 22 were in area 35.
Peregrine Falcon: a male that had just alighted on the top of the BT Tower chased off another male towards Camden Town.
Woodcock: one flew across the Open Spaces and appeared to land on Heron Island, area 8 at 7.15am.
Yellow-legged Gull: still present in area 5.
Pied Wagtail: 19 were feeding on the Cricket Squares in area 37.
White Wagtail: 2 were in with the Pied Wagtails.
Meadow Pipit: 12 birds mainly singles flew through, one did settle in with the wags for a few minutes until it was chased away.
Grey Wagtail: 4 singles flew over.
Redwing: at least 330 birds flew through, in no particular direction.
Chiffchaff: 2 birds in area 32.
Hawfinch: 2 singles, one at 8.10am and another at 10.10am, both headed south-west.
Siskin: 6 were feeding in Alders at the end of the lake in area 34.
Chaffinch: at least 56 birds headed south-west.

   Pair of Kestrels in area 32, the female looks like a young bird and not the one that bred here. She 
   was a really dark looking bird.




   Still 3 pairs of Great crested Grebe's present, still being accompanied by their offspring.


   The juvenile Little Grebe's look really fresh.
